Returns & Refunds Policy
At RIP Oral Pouches, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to find their perfect flavor. However, due to the nature of nicotine products and for the health and safety of our customers, we maintain a strict return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are consumable and age-restricted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for nicotine pouches once they have been shipped. This ensures that every can you receive is factory-sealed, untampered, and meets our high sensory standards.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We go above and beyond to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If there is an issue with your delivery, we will make it right:

Damaged Items: If your package arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong flavor or strength, do not open the product seals. Send us a photo of the incorrect items, and we will ship the correct products to you immediately at no extra cost.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel an order only if it has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Refunds: As noted in our Shipping Policy, if a package is returned to us because an adult (21+) was not available to sign for the delivery, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
