Age Verification & Adult Signature

To ensure a safe and responsible experience, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations.

• Verification: All orders are processed through a secure age verification system at checkout.

• Delivery: All packages are shipped via Adult Signature Required. An adult (21+) must be present at the destination address to sign for the package.

• Missed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us because no adult was available to sign, a re-delivery fee will apply. If you prefer a refund in this scenario, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Restrictions (Flavor Bans)

Due to evolving state and local regulations regarding flavored nicotine products, we currently cannot ship flavored pouches (Mango, Citrus, Strawberry Cool, Watermelon Cool, etc.) to the following locations:

• California (Flavor restrictions apply in most jurisdictions)
• New Jersey
• Massachusetts
• New York
• Rhode Island

• Oregon (Select jurisdictions)

Note: Residents in these areas may still purchase our "Clear" (Unflavored) pouches where permitted.

Order Details & Address Changes

• Address Accuracy: To prevent fraud and ensure compliance, no address changes are allowed once an order is placed.

• Modifications: If you need to change your destination, you must request a cancellation and place a new order with the correct address.
